2008 Ovation C2078LX Acoustic Electric USA Made

Increasingly rare USA made Custom Elite model, with extremely limited wear. These are of some of the highest quality guitars Ovation ever produced, made in a relatively short run near the end of their American manufacturing. Premium features included a AAA grade solid spruce top, a beautifully inlaid ebony fingerboard, exotic tonewoods around the soundholes, and of course, the OP-Pro/Studio preamp, which sounds absolutely terrific plugged in. This piece has excellent projection, with a tonal register that really blends nicely, making it suitable for just about any genre.

There are a few minor dings, and one small 1" crack in the top under the high E string near the neck. The guitar was just setup and plays extremely well!

5.6 lbs. Includes case. This guitar was literally the last instrument built in 2008! The next serial number was the first of 2009.
