The Story

Very Good condition

This super cool amp is on consignment from a local amplifier builder that brought the amp back to life. When he acquired the amp it was missing the original speaker and back panel. A very similar speaker with metal dustcap (better treble) and a back panel was fashioned from an old piece of tooling board that was similar in color.

He used it for practice regularly and around 2007 the filter capacitors were replaced with high quality Sprague Atom Lytics. Tubes were selected from vintage stock and the internal trimmer was set for optimum. The handle was badly frayed and replaced with a vintage replica of real leather. The lead down wire from upper control panel to lower active electronics was fitted with a 1/4" jack for direct input use. Tonal quality has been maximized. Wattage class A 2.4 watts.
