Condition: Very good with some scratching and various marks/blemishes throughout.  Bit of buffing on the top above the strings on the top from play wear.  Few chips on binding/sides as well. 

Tech Notes: Guitar, Hardware, and Electronics were cleaned/tested and are functioning appropriately. Fretboard cleaned and frets polished. Minor fret wear frets 1 - 3 along B and High e string. Has no impact on playability of the instrument. No fret buzz evident. Setup with minimal neck relief and medium/low action (Martin Standard Spec). Plays great throughout the entire neck with consistent intonation/playability. 

Mods or Repairs: Added LR Baggs SL Pickup System.
