Footswitch is included with the amp but we do not have the cable that runs from the amp to footswitch.
Cosmetic Condition: Head is in very good condition. The plastic grill vent on the top of the amp has cracks near the screw holes, notorious issue for these old US made Peavey heads. Some of the metal corner pieces have a few scuffs here and there, otherwise very clean. Some minor signs of use on the tolex but there are no major tears/scratches/rips. The channel selector switch was replaced by our amp technician and is working great.
