Cosmetic Condition Guitar is in good condition.  It was owned by our in-house guitar tech as a personal guitar.  He completed a top crack repair, refinished the top with crackle to match overall condition, repaired two small cracks at the bottom edge, and reglued the bridge. There is a new hand carved bone saddle. Has original tuners with one replacement screw that doesn't match.

Tech Notes: I cannot stress enough how well this guitar plays, at medium/low action and flat relief (.002" relief with 6/64" action on the low e and 5/64" on the high e).  The neck is straight, the neck angle is right on, and no neck reset is needed anytime soon.  The frets are original and show light signs of wear.  All notes up and down the board play cleanly with no buzz.  The bridge was reglued, the top was refinished and the top crack and two bottom/side cracks were repaired and stabilized with a cleat. No finish touch up on the bottom/sides, so visually it may appear still cracked, however it is perfectly stable.  Martin light phosphor bronze strings were installed.  Guitar holds tune very well, and tuners function well even for the age.
